Upon completion of the transaction a confirmation email will be send. This is your proof of pay and is to be shown at the registration desk upon arrival at the festival. Passes will be provided at that time, in the form of festival bracelets, to be worn for the entirety of the event. If the ticket owner chooses not to follow the reselling procedure, tickets are partially refundable only for cancellations made within 30 days of the purchase date. The organization reserves the right to withhold fees equal to 50% of the total cost of the ticket. This partial refund policy applies to cancellation requests made within the first month of online sales.</span></font></p><p style="margin-bottom: 2rem; outline: none; padding: 0px; border: 0px; font-variant-numeric: inherit; font-variant-east-asian: inherit; font-stretch: inherit; line-height: 2.4rem;"><span style="font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Roboto, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Please note that from the beginning of the second month of online sales, ticket prices will increase, and customers requesting cancellation and a refund of their ticket will not be eligible to receive a refund. That includes accidents that may result in physical injuries of any type or accidents which may result in losing personal items.
